RETURNS POLICY

ONLINE ORDERS

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods. We will then refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Any items returned to us must be in their original condition and packaging – if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be refunded to you. 

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

BESPOKE ORDERS

A 60% non-refundable deposit is taken on all bespoke orders and the remaining balance prior to delivery, if nothing else has been agreed to. There are no refunds or exchanges on bespoke items.
